The ICS programme was a much-needed upgrade and retooling for me. This was due to the comprehensive yet practical body of knowledge covered by the courses. It provided me with so much insight, illuminated not just the essential foundations but advanced practical issues as well. However, to me, what stood out was the sense of commitment, level of experience and professionalism, and kind consideration of the instructors in helping me to engage meaningfully in the classes, and supporting participants well in advance in exam preparations.
